"Why We Want You to be Rich: Two Men - One Message" is written by the star of the hit reality TV program "The Apprentice", Donald Trump and the author of the best selling personal finance book (Rich Dad, Poor Dad) Robert Kiyosaki.

Why We Want You to be Rich is not a how to book that will actually teach you how to be rich, but a book that tells you why should be rich. It's a book that puts forward a list of consequences that will inevitably come about if you choose not to pursue financial security, and counteracts these consequences with a bunch of motivational talk that will send you on your way to great riches.

Robert Kiyosaki first puts forward his ideas on how to be rich, the Donald Trump agrees and puts forward his ideas.

Readers of "Why We Want You to be Rich" could be forgiven for walking away disappointed after reading this book. If the only real way to get rich is to purchase more courses and products from these titans of their industries, wouldn't that make this book an advertisement that we, the readers have to pay for?

On a more positive note, it is an easy read and is motivational in nature. Just don't expect to get rich from this book.

• Less Why to, More How to Please - Book Review submitted by "Michael" of Australia -
  Nobody would seriously expect to get rich from reading this book, but it would have been nicer to read more about how to get rich, rather than why to get rich. People don't have to be very smart to know that they should create wealth, it's the how to create wealth part that they struggle with.
  I also agree that it felt like a thinly veiled advertisement rather than a sincere attempt to change people. They are both master salesmen, so naturally a book by these two would have some sales talk in it (for their own products).
