Donald
Trump and Robert Kiyosaki Book Review |
Why
We Want You to be Rich is not a how to book
that will actually teach you how to be rich,
but a book that tells you why should be
rich. It's a book that puts forward a list
of consequences that will inevitably come
about if you choose not to pursue financial
security, and counteracts these consequences
with a bunch of motivational talk that will
send you on your way to great riches.

Your Money - Book Review submitted by "Curious" -
(Wayne
Dyer - Inspiration) In my opinion, I believe the good Dr. Wayne has hit
the literary wall with this book. He
had a lot more to say in his book Real Magic, but since then has just been repeating
the same shtick over and over. His
references to his rather upscale lifestyle (for someone who claims not to put
a lot of value in such things) leaves one feeling like (to paraphrase a Bruce
Springsteen lyric), "There's a joke here somewhere and it's on us."
I felt like I was being used as a test client by a marketing machine rather than
someone who wanted to give me genuine information to help improve my life.
Get this book at the
library. Don't buy it. - Entertaining
Look at Success - Book Review submitted by "VA

(Donald
Trump - How to get Rich) Donald Trump's book 'How to Get Rich' is entertaining
and fun to read. Of course, if you know Donald, he is not out to breed competition,
but rather to give you insight into his life and his passion for what he does
- as well as make you smile (or mad) at his brash sense of humor. Taken on the
surface, one may not find any ingredients to success within this book, but it's
there in his affirmations and beliefs. This is not a business book per say, but
a book written by a successful businessman who does reveal his secrets to getting
rich so far as his mindset, passion, and dedication all taken with a smile and
given with candor. Read it -- and look at the subtle lessons and disregard any
business plan ideas that you may have looked to glean. - A
Giant Awakens, Again - Book Review submitted by "Jaye Lynne" -
(Tony
Robbins - Awaken the Giant Within) It's close to 20 years since I
last sat on the couch in the living room at "the castle" in San Diego,
California, breaking bread and sharing ideas with Tony Robbins. As he National
Co-Coordinator of Logistics I had many meals with Tony and his core staff members.
So one might think a book review from a former Tony staffer might be bias. But
if you ever attended a Tony seminar, if you read any of his other books, listened
to his seminars on tape, then you know this fact: You are biased already. We all
are. Each and all of us carry "filters" that cause us to evaluate
anything and everything within those filters. So I am no more or less biased than
anyone else. What I can tell you is that no matter how good the book, nothing
compares to Tony live. Nothing. I recently re-read this book and for me it
re-awakened the Giant in me. As I read along, I hear Tony's voice, see his
familiar gestures, and re-live years of traveling and playing with him. I felt
this was a great advantage so I tried a little experiment. I lent the book to
a friend AFTER I had her listen to a single Tony tape. This way she would have
his voice ~ tone, pitch, tempo ~ as a reference. And this is why I chose
to review the book ~ to tell you it's a good book. The information is clear,
straightforward, designed to get you to your own personal best time and time again.
And if you can read it with Tony's own voice inside your head, it isn't
Tony live, but it's the next best thing.
